They were what helped us find where they were filming.

^ Ha!  That looks cool too ^
The  bright lights shining onto the surrounding skyscrapers.

^ Costume truck ^

^ You can't really see it in the picture, but this is a giant television... ^

^ Random blurry shots from the other side *haha* ^

This was filming in Downtown Los Angeles.
It was really awesome!!!
I'll figure out this weekend where exactly this was.

Emily Osment  "Let's Be Friends" Music Video (I think)

This was filming at the beach by the harbor in Ventura, CA.
I was with my Uncle and Cousin and we happened upon this and walked around trying to figure out what it was, but later on I found out that this music video was filmed at the same place that same summer, so I'm guessing it's this. *haha*  (I really like the coloring they did to the video - my pictures look so dull next to it *haha*)

Enjoy the music video:

Extra filming at The Grove in Los Angeles!

January 13th, 2012
Special Guest: (listed as surprise) Jack Black and Lisa Swayze!
Although, they weren't there when my friends and I were.  This filming was a shot of the hosts walking towards the camera all dramatically with smoke and everything.  It was really funny. *haha*  I've never seen something like that filmed before.
When we got there we saw the area blocked of and the equipment set up, then when we started to walk around Mario Lopez walked right by us!  So exciting to see him in person :)

Every week day from 9:00am to 2:00pm, Extra films at The Grove, with special guests that they post on a sign at the beginning of the week.  Check out their website to see this week's guests: http://extratv.warnerbros.com/2010/09/extra_is_heading_to_the_grove.php

Chevy Commercial Filming in Northridge, CA
1/22/12 - around 7pm

^ Smoke machine is what's making it look so foggy ^

^ Video of car being projected onto the house! ^

^ Giant balloon light!  I've never seen anything like this before! ^

^ Crane for lights ^

^ Equipment truck ^

Sorry for the not so great quality pictures... I was taking them with my phone.  We just happened to pass this on the way home!  It was really cool, they had smoke machines going and they were projecting videos of cars onto the houses!  It was quite a production they had going.  At this point they were adjusting the videos, they seemed not to have started filming yet and the camera wasn't set up yet. But the smoke machine was going so it seemed like they might've started shooting soon after I left.  I forget what the street was... it started with a 'B' i think and was 2 streets up from Rinaldi.

EDIT:
Aaaaaand here's the commercial!
I just noticed Chevy posted it on their youtube on February 2, 2012.
